Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SignalHunts service ("Service"), operated by Guangzhou Zhilian Information Technology Co., Ltd. (广州智链信息科技有限公司), trading as SignalHunts ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Service Description

SignalHunts is an AI-powered platform that analyzes publicly available community discussions from third-party online platforms to extract insights about user pain points, market demand, and competitive dynamics. The Service includes data collection, analysis, reporting, and content generation features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice when practicable.

3. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Service
  • Not use the Service to harass, harm, or infringe upon the rights of others
  • Not use automated tools to scrape or access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage
  • Respect the terms of applicable third-party platforms when sharing or republishing insights or data obtained through the Service

4. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on your selected plan.

  • Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
  • Free trial: Signing up starts a 14-day full-feature trial. No credit card is required to sign up; if the trial ends without a subscription the account becomes read-only (historical data stays available).
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied — no questions asked. Contact [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase to receive a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided data and publicly sourced data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SignalHunts and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service. Insights and reports generated by the Service based on your queries are owned by you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalHunts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall SignalHunts's total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Guangzhou, China, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
