SignalHunts is an AI-powered platform that analyzes publicly available community discussions from third-party online platforms to extract insights about user pain points, market demand, and competitive dynamics. The Service includes data collection, analysis, reporting, and content generation features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice when practicable.

3. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Service
• Not use the Service to harass, harm, or infringe upon the rights of others
• Not use automated tools to scrape or access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage
• Respect the terms of applicable third-party platforms when sharing or republishing insights or data obtained through the Service

4. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.

• Free Plan: The Free plan is available indefinitely with core features. No credit card is required to sign up.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied — no questions asked. Contact [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase to receive a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided data and publicly sourced data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SignalHunts and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service. Insights and reports generated by the Service based on your queries are owned by you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalHunts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall SignalHunts's total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
