What is SignalHunts?
SignalHunts (Community Signal Intelligence) is an AI-powered platform that turns discussions and news from Reddit, Google News, and Hacker News into quantified business intelligence. It helps product teams identify user pain points, validate demand, analyze competitors, and optimize content for AI search engines.
How does SignalHunts work?
SignalHunts continuously monitors relevant communities and threads using natural language processing. It extracts pain points, scores severity, categorizes themes using topic modeling, and tracks trends over time. The result is structured intelligence you can act on, instead of raw threads you have to read manually.
What data sources does SignalHunts support?
Three sources are live today: Reddit, Google News, and Hacker News, each collected on a scheduled cadence. GitHub Trending has a working collector but is not yet on a schedule. If you need a specific source, let us know and we will prioritize it.
Who is SignalHunts for?
SignalHunts is designed for SaaS product teams, overseas marketers, indie developers, investors, and anyone who needs to understand user needs from community conversations. If you make product, marketing, or investment decisions, SignalHunts gives you data to back them up.

How accurate is the pain scoring?
Pain scoring combines rule-based intent classification with an LLM fallback, sentiment analysis, and engagement signals, then clusters results by topic modeling. Every score links back to the original post, so you can verify the context yourself and adjust as needed.
What is GEO Scoring?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) Scoring is a simulation: an LLM assesses, from Reddit discussions, how visible your content would be in AI search answers such as ChatGPT and Perplexity — and suggests ways to improve your AI search presence.
How do AI comment suggestions work?
SignalHunts generates contextual comment suggestions based on the thread topic, existing conversation, and your brand voice. These are starting points — you review and personalize them before posting. They help you engage authentically without spending hours crafting each response.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Signing up starts a 14-day full-feature trial (1 domain / 3 monitors / 5 subreddits) with no credit card required. When the trial ends the account becomes read-only — your historical data stays available, and subscribing restores collection and generation.
How do I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade from your account settings at any time. Plans are billed monthly or quarterly (with a discount for quarterly billing). Changes take effect immediately, and unused time on your current plan is prorated.
Do you offer API access?
Not yet. A public API is on our roadmap. Today, post data can be exported as CSV, and you can receive alerts via email and in-app notifications.
